Industrial cable labels provide permanent wire and cable identification under thermal stress, mechanical abrasion, and chemical exposure. Available in self-laminating vinyl, flexible polyolefin, vinyl cloth, and heat-shrinkable tubing, these consumables are engineered to operate on standard thermal transfer desktop printers, portable field labelers, and automated wire harness wrap systems.

Self-laminating cable labels utilize a dual-zone construction designed to protect printed variable data without additional protective oversleeve hardware:
Release Liner:
50 µm densified Kraft paper or 30 µm PET film, siliconized for low extraction force during manual dispensing or rapid automated wrapping.
Material Options
Translucent Self-Laminating Vinyl: 4.0 mil total thickness. Conforms tightly to curved surfaces down to 1.5 mm outer diameter without edge memory tension.
Printable Polyolefin Heat Shrink Sleeves: 3:1 and 2:1 shrink ratios. Operating temperature range: -55°C to 135°C. Meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 flame retardancy.
Flexible Polyethylene Cable Tags: 10.0 mil heavy-duty non-adhesive tags fastened via cable ties for multi-conductor bundles and outdoor conduit markers.
Zone A (Printable Area):
Opaque white or colored vinyl/polyester base coat engineered for thermal transfer resin ribbon absorption.
Zone B (Clear Tail):
High-transparency, flexible clear vinyl overlaminate that wraps 360 degrees over Zone A, sealing printed text against chemical ingress, friction, and UV exposure.
Adhesive Layer:
High-tack cross-linked acrylic adhesive formulated for low-surface-energy wire insulation jackets (PVC, PTFE, XLPE, PUR, Silicone).

Packaging & Shipping
