Standard labels fail on rough, dusty, oily, or low-surface-energy materials because their adhesive sits on top of the contamination. Our "tire-grade" adhesive features a heavy adhesive mass and aggressive initial tack. It literally punches through mold-release agents, oil residue, and carbon dust to form a permanent chemical and mechanical bond.
Why do we call it "tire-grade"? Because tires are the ultimate test of adhesion. If an adhesive can survive the flexing, heat, and silicone mold-release agents of a running tire, it can survive almost anything - from woven cement bags and oily chemical drums to fibrous textiles and heavy industrial crates.

Q: What makes this adhesive different from standard high-tack labels?
A: Standard high-tack labels often just use a thicker layer of regular acrylic glue. Our adhesive uses a specialized formulation with a much higher mass and specific wet-out properties, designed to penetrate contamination (like silicone mold release or dust) and mechanically lock into porous fibers.
Q: Can I get a sample to test on my specific surface?
A: Yes. Send us a sample of the actual surface you use (a piece of rubber, woven bag, or metal). We will produce a test roll for you to apply and test for adhesion before committing to a bulk order.
Q: Why divide the materials if the adhesive is the same?
A: The adhesive solves "will it stick?", while the face material solves "will it survive?".
For dry woven bags or cartons, coated paper is the most cost-effective with the best print quality.
Q: Can the coated paper version be used on frozen packaging?
A: Not recommended. Coated paper absorbs moisture in cold, humid environments and wrinkles. For frozen goods, we recommend Synthetic Paper or Matte Silver PET paired with a freezer-grade adhesive.
